Engineering

This build started from a concept model delivered as a polygon mesh, which I fully remodeled in CAD to create accurate, manufacturable geometry. From that foundation I engineered a complete working frame designed to accommodate every functional action the piece required. The chassis features fold-down access panels for the missile tubes, a torso engineered to twist, and fully removable arms. The front screen detaches via a concealed magnet system for clean, tool-free access, and the lighted voice box is integrated up front with dedicated routing for its internal electronics.
